The Castle Point Home Choice team will be out of the office on the morning of Wednesday 26th June 2024 This means there will be no telephone, email or face to face services at this time.

All services will resume at 1.30pm on Wednesday 26th June 2024.

Due to increased numbers and complexity of application processing times are currently taking around 10-12 weeks to be assessed. 

This time scale is subject to having ALL documents uploaded to the application. Further delays will apply if you do not provide your documents.

Please remember that if eligible there is no guarantee of offer of accommodation and waiting times are long. On average applicants in our highest band can wait in excess of 3-5 years for an offer so this application is not an imminent solution to housing problems.
