The Castle Point Home Choice team will be out of the office on the morning of Wednesday 5th Feb 2025. This means there will be no telephone, email or face to face services at this time. 

All services will resume at 1.30pm on the 5th Feb.

The council will be closed from 4pm on the 24th December 2024 and will reopen on 2nd January 2025.

Any enquiries received will not be responded to during this period. Upon reopening on the 2nd January 2024 all enquiries will be dealt with in strict date order.

Applications are currently taking 10-12 weeks to be assessed.
